One of my favourite movies of all times and a truly memorable and influential one (thriller). The Yorkshire moors in the movie were actually the black mountains in Wales and although the scenes here are brief the cinematography always stayed with me and I loved the first 20 minutes of this movie more than I suppose I should.
The dull light of a winters British afternoon and the countryside that’s unmistakably British.
I really hope you enjoy, there’s nothing you haven’t probably seen here but I enjoyed making it and I hope you enjoy watching.

Brilliant, this is one of my favorite movies of all time. Such a pity that you couldn't recreate the view from the hill, Its also one of my favorite scenes from the film. Nice work Leigh, looking forward to the next👍.

Thanks Sean, it’s such a great film. Pleased you loved that shot thought I was the only one ha ha, seen people go up there but it’s private property and a tad but rude for very little gain

The movie was filmed in Wales, however I am sure the location is meant to be the North Pennines in Northern England, lookup the Allendale wolf and Hexham heads.

Enjoyed seeing the scenes. Always enjoyed seeing the moors shown. It looked so dreary and eerie on the movie. Thanks for sharing

U didn’t do the walk up on the mountain they took darn, wanted to see which way they went!! Also the shot u said was ur fave shot walking down hill with church in background, loads of people access that view point have seen it on utube!! So not sure what u couldn’t.. darn again

Bless, well it’s a farmers farm and it’s trespassing I’m have respect for other peoples belongings. Other people may have asked and been granted access I drive up to the farm and as didn’t particularly want to bother them. Thanks for the comment
