This is wonderful guidence. Having experienced prayer in a couple of formal religions I would say that the freedom of this expression of prayer is the most meaningful and powerful to me. I love that you’re bringing this to others so they may be filled up with the joy that comes with prayer, and the resolution of troubles that happen, even if that is not your active prayer, the connection is phenomenal. Thank you Sandler you are wise and very funny.

As a Christian I use to pray constantly but when I became pagan I found myself not praying quite as often. Prayer was such a huge part of my life and when I don't do it, it feels like something is missing. I pray to source or what people call the Great Spirit or I will pray to The Great Mother when I feel I need a mom. This video has sparked a challenge for me to pray daily again.

I went to catholic school for 11 years (as a Jew 😂) so I’ve had such conflicting feelings around prayer because I only ever associated it with Christianity.
