Benefit from my weekly Somatic movement class. "Dance & breathing practices helps get you out of your head & into your head" Journal & sit to have a cup of coffee (or tea) with your emotions. Count your blessings - start a grateful/blessings jar or decorative box with a pen & post its to write down all the little blessings that occur each day. Share a hug Pray it away

Believe it is possible Separate *who you are* from the thought and feelings. They do flow but not giving the mind *the burden of worry resolution* Gotta get to the root. Watch all video for full clarity. There's more to it than my summary, paraphrase and additional ideas. I hope nobody misinterpreted anything (she's not against solving,duh) but don't be too much in mind go to body.
