Before the 1800's they didn't use yeast in ales because they didn't even know about it, which is why lagers didn't exist yet. I'm sure you already know this but most of your subscribers probably don't. Btw, i like your shirt, it has that Vice City vibe to it.

Watching this realized that I always had a weird bias that the darker the beer the more bitter it is. I now understand that is not true. Must of been my lack of experience with beer and my inherent bias of coffee. 😂 great video!

I'd love to! Unfortunately, shipping beer from international locations to Canada can be difficult if not impossible due to liquor laws. We get a few international brews in the imports section of the liquor store, but I've never seen any from Australia. If I ever visit, though, I'll bring some back with me!
