Your 20s are for fucking up and learning lessons, your 30s are when you actually start putting everything you've learned into play and your 40s and beyond are when you can start enjoying what you built during your 30s. As long as you take care of your physical health, you can still have all the fun and adventure your body can handle. And trust me (I recently turned 35), the fun you have in your 30s is much more fun than the fun you had in your 20s because as time goes on, you give less and less shits about unimportant stuff that would have stressed you out or held you back in your 20s, and at the same time you develop a deeper sense of gratitude (which automatically makes life more awesome).
