an awkward movie for kids...or adults...or...? | IF (no spoilers)

awkward pacing. awkward character development. awkward situations. the more i think about it, the more this movie doesn't really work. great concept. poor delivery.
also, i misspoke. this ain't a coming of age story. it's the reverse...if that makes sense.
