Good technique. Thanks for sharing! BTW, you might double check your script. You began by saying this was something you remember from when you used to build houses. At the end, you thanked someone for sending in the tip. I know both can be accurate at the same time, but you confused me by bookending the two comments. Maybe, 'someone sent in a tip that reminded me of my old house building days". I know, I know. I gotta find another hobby. Anyway, thanks again.
