In the 10 mins Chris had to get ready, he was still kind enough to give an interview whilst pinning his numbers on, for the SBS Coverage. Ultimate professional 👌

Great video Chris, I waved at you as you just as you got onto the Towonga climb whilst you were in Bright. It looked like you but wasn’t sure, now I know it was! Well done going all the way to the Horn on Mt Buffalo and glad you enjoyed your time in the High Country, awesome riding up there.

90% of interviews during Tour Down Under be like: I'm just here to get some training. I think pros should avoid saying that. It takes a lot effort to organize the tour like that and for local to hear " Training" " Some Miles In" is demorolizing for sure. Yeah, we all know why most go there but does not hurt to say "Will try to get some good results, maybe stage win" even if it's just training block. Great video as always.

Great video. Any truth in the rumour you’ve bought a house in Bright? BTW,the guy who rode with you at the end of the Melbourne to Warrnambool race, he came second in the 2022 race. Also, he is a young triathlete and not a full time cyclist.
