I love the videos and I really like the closeness you share with us on the other side of the camera. Also we get to know different places or the places we know in different conditions (I have never been to Andorra in spring or summer, for example) or never been to the CAR in Sierra Nevada. I like the way you explain your training sessions: some details, but not in depth details and data, which could be boring. Let's go, Chris. To begin with… I absolutely love your content! A great balance of humour and interesting race content! Chuckled at the “you can’t have two KZbinrs in the same car” comment 😂 I took inspiration from your channel to start my own Chris! If you have the time to have a peek, I’d be honoured! The insights you bring from the pro peloton are great - Andorra for example, with the rare moments of glorious weather and then the flip side of hailstones, snow, sleet… and still having to train. It’s nuts! What would I like to see? Since you asked, I’d love to see more of what’s served for meals. The little breakfast on the bus clip was interesting and funny, and I hope you post more of it; maybe even give a review 😂 (nutritional value cos taste) and rate the best meal of the camp or race! To be honest, I hope that he doesn't. Premier Tech have finally got a few excellent young blokes who are kicking goals. These old has beens are just sucking money out of the salary cap. The sooner that they are gone, the better

@@pavlos.. Gee has done well in ONE race so don't get too excited (and now has a long contract) . Froome has never been given GC status and is expected to win after going back for bottles and taking the wind at the front for days/weeks. It's only Canadian or Israeli being given GC. Where's the Italians accolades, Clark's or any other riders, stop hating on Froome when he has never been given the chance to ride. It's on vid telling him to drop back to the peleton and not go for a chance at a win.

Hey Chris, thanks for all the videos, I love them all. As many, I watch every single one of yours. I'm here to ask you a favour: please, let's get back the disc brake banned debate. On April 8th, on the women competition of Paris Roubaix, there was a massive crash and Sanne Cant (Fenix-Alpecin) was probably the most injured. According to some news I've seen since then, a disc brake rotor went into her face and caused a deep laceration. She needed 60 stitches and a plastic surgery. Don't you think that a disc brake to cause deep laceration on the face of an athlete is enough for taking action to prevent this to happen? We know disc brakes on road are not as necessary as off road; we also know that MTB races don't have a peloton as road races do.. So what are disc brakes doing on road cycling? Safety always comes first and UCI must have a safety driven actuation. What do you think?

Best of luck mate. ITB pain/inflammation is most commonly caused by cleats slipping and then forcing our heel to point outwards when we pedal. All the cyclists Ive worked with in the last 25 years it is the first thing I look at and most common form of ITB irritation. Always white out pen your cleats so you can tell if anything has slipped and make sure the cleats are positioned so your heels sit right up against the crank arm.

He no longer competes with the pros at GCs, but for several editions of the TdF no climber could keep up with him when he 'whipped on the pedals'. He also invented a new way of pedalling downhill, he was unreachable! Great Froomey!

It seems, that at least in Germany the CIC Mount Ventoux isn't covered by GCN+, but i will follow your race during the Tour of d'Occitanie! Btw. i would love it if you could convince Factor to produce rim brake bikes again. As a amateur avoiding rain i myself don't need discs, but more important, for everyone just starting out in the sport or in general from a financially weaker background, the extra 500 bucks you have to pay for the disc brake versions of bikes really hurt and make it even more unaccessible. I guess Factor could even make it a marketing campaign profiting from it in the long term...
