@@khaoscero As a long-term tourist, visiting mostly developing countries, street food is not a worry...it's those "tourist only" super clean restaurants with no one (especially no local people) in them that'll get you ill. Street food, with a local crowd gathered round, is a sure sign you're in for authentic, tasty, safe food on the cheap - esp if there is a gas heated pot, wok, grill, or deep frying pan on offer. Add fruit you peel yourself and all will be good :D
