My grandpa worked and lived for several years in Ethiopia in the early 50s (there were a swedish guy who helped Ethiopia put together their airforce and my grandpa were a mechanic in the gang). Ethiopian food is actually super good, they tend to pile tasty dishes on top of a large piece of Injera (sourdough flatbread), such as Tibs (seasoned beef chunks), legume stew, fava beans, and curry chicken. Ah, who am I kidding, Simon is going to say "it's all shite" and starve himself lol
