I am planning to go to US in Spring 2023. How do I know someone going to the same university I am going? Will consultancies help me? Basically, how can people get to know each other before going to US? This is the big question I always had in my mind. Even in this age of social media, it is genuinely difficult to find people. You said so many things to take. If I know someone, I can share some things with him right? And also, how to make housing arrangements before going there? I don't like to stay in college apartments.

Hi you can ask the university to do the same I am going in fall 2022 and i asked my university if any one from India is going for the same semester and the replied me with their email and the told me to ask the person via mail that can i talk to him and now we are regularly in contact and it is of great help. You should try it

@@Anonymous-yr1hv Yes I got several admits from Mostly eastcoast universities I will apply for visa in around mid of April as I am yet to decide which university I will go to......i am sorry i cannot tell the universities but they are located near new York and some are in new York. it may take some more time to receive admits depending on universities as 2 of my universities still haven't send me their descision. I have applied to 8 universities and i.can only decide after getting all the admits.
