Mmm, taters!!! 👍🏻 If you like roasted potatoes, I recommend that you try smashed roasted potatoes. There are plenty of videos on how to make them on KZbin if you’re unfamiliar with them. They’re great too. I would like to see more dinner / side dish recipes (especially if it means fewer recipes that involve a lot of chocolate 😉). Excellent show!!!

Love that you cut off the bad spot!! Watching food videos is a favorite thing for me... just ask my family 😂 But honestly, you are THE only person who cuts off the bad spots. It's VERY off-putting to watch French fries being prepared with those gross spots left on. It's all I can focus on thereafter. So, thank you! Enjoyed your video and subscribed too!

Baby potatoes have less starch and more fiber, especially when cooked and reheated(resistant fiber) which is great for those with insulin resistance/diabetes. No glucose spikes, same with cooked pasta and rice, reheated are best for those people too.

Just don't use olive oil for anything above 300°F as this changes the chemical structure of the oil rendering it inflammatory and carcinogenic.
