The real Tooth Fairies 🦷🧚‍♀️are gone now, all but extinct... for it was the children's teeth (and more importantly their dreams) that kept the Tooth Faries Alive... well, more of in magic, but magic is how they managed not to be squished, eaten, or just tossed aside by some Predator wanting to get real prey. Some Tooth Faries still exist by being really, really careful or living even closer to humans, and some still eek out slight magic via stories in tales/books & memories and in some 21st-century Action Hero Persona movie.

Epic Ork teef have an self moderating anti inflation feature, so they must be spent, not horded, and because orks basically have interdimentional laws that work like magic, you probably cant make them storable without it being orks with shinanigans that so ehow work.
