I hope we get to know Lauren more like Dani. Cimorelli has such a barrier/shell around them. Dani opening her youtube channel is such a refresher.

@@hopeamy_mul I do but you can tell they are very subjective and careful of what they say. Like PG or like 13 rated
@Shmally444 жыл бұрын
@@OhYeahItsJake I feel like because they are so filtered, we will never see them so raw and real. I understand they have an “image” they need to follow, but that will only hold them back. Dani said that she made a new Instagram because the fan base she had on her Dani Cimorelli page probably wouldn’t appreciate how she is now. There is nothing wrong with her, but she isn’t filtered anymore. She’s a normal human. I respect cimorelli’s decision to be PG, but it just isn’t real. (I’m not saying they’re fake) I’m saying being so filtered isn’t common. I get they do it for their fans and that is great but I wish they would just open up more and not worry about that 100% clean PG image. I am not bashing them, like I said I respect it.
@OhYeahItsJake4 жыл бұрын
@@Shmally44 Same! I feel the same way. I think the reason partly why their original music never fully like blew blew up was because there was this disconnect in rawness in their music too. Like I like their songs and they are relatable, but like in a generic way. Like broad topics. Thats why I kinda hope Dani released some music esp with Em, because theyre so open and I would love to hear a topic that isnt always about a boy or the 50th rendition of You're Worth It.

Accept the fact you’re having bad week if it turns into a few bad days. Take that week to take my care of yourself, taking positive to yourself and see it as a healing week. Stay in your pjs past noon and binge watch Netflix. Have a week of comfy clothes and no make up, just face masks and comfort. Read a good book and watch happy movies. Give yourself the time to reload and come back charged than drained. Its better to power yourself than drag yourself

People aren't two sided, "fake" or "real", there is always a mix of both on display, especially when you're filming yourself in a video you're going to publish. Lauren has always been pretty blunt about how she feels, this is just her sharing about burn out, stress, emotional exhaustion etc. I don't think she's on the "brink" of anything, rather just taking another approach of sharing her life from a different angle. Just my perspective! :)

I found this helpful honestly. I think this year put most people into a “new phase” and for me I also pushed myself to do more and work harder. I spent the 4 months of summer term focusing on my education and actively trying to sort through my thoughts and it was draining. Now I’ve taken the past few months to recharge and I just watch TV and help around the house . And ya sometimes it feels like I’m being useless, but this reminded me that I also need the recharge before I can get back to it.

Sounds like you had an awakening that you aren’t comfortable with fully explaining because you’re not sure of what exactly this path is leading to, and you don’t want people to judge you before you even really know what you’re going to do. That’s what I got from this mumbojumbo. Can’t wait for the reveal of Lauren! Let things fall in place before you tell people what you’re going to do. Makes it easier because they can comment all they want, but you’ve already made the change and they can’t take that away from you.

I think what helped me a lot was realizing that even if I can, I don't always have to give 100%. I don't have to improve myself all the time. It's important to rest once in a while, even in the moments you don't feel like you have to. Because like that you can take some pressure off of yourself. You are allowed to just accept things as they are without always thinking about the next step. Not achieving something all the time, even if it's just for yourself, doesn't make you any less worthy. You are allowed to be who you are right now and to life like that for a little while and just be, without any new achievements. You are worthy of that. And when you feel like it's time to work on yourself again, then just do it. For me there is no end goal because you can always be better than you already are, so I should just make the way my goal and always accept myself no matter how far I've come. Probably not like that for everyone but it helped me a lot so I thought I could share it.

This sounds like (dramatic title but) a classic “Quarter Life Crisis” - I went through this exact thing last year and a lot of my friends are going through it now. You’re not alone! Naming it helped me a lot. This was probably a 9 month period of my life so don’t rush the process, give yourself grace and take it day by day. Honor the process and accept yourself where you are at. Burning out isn’t a bad thing & growth and learning never ends! You got this.

i got to say that this was super confusing 😂but that’s how emotions are. you put so many things that i go through into words. i hope you don’t think that you are expected to always be positive because that’s not realistic. we all go through so many emotions. some days everything goes according to plan and some days everything falls apart. that’s just how life is but i find it hard to accept that. i always feel like this pressure to have everything figured out and i just don’t. i am always trying to improve myself and be a better version of my self. so i am constantly overthinking and over analyzing everything and it’s so exhausting. i understand how you feel

She is being herself. Also saying “like” a lot could be apart of anxiety or shyness. (I experience it) Shes being vulnerable to us and it might be a little uncomfortable to her. It’s no different than when people say “umm” a lot when they talk. You can’t push someone to share everything when they are not ready to. It’s her channel as well, she will be ready when she is ready. Even if she doesn’t want to, thats her personal choice as well. I don’t share everything to everyone, some things are meant to be kept personal, if that’s how she feels. Also just know you are not alone in the “realizing trauma” department, especially dealing with emotional/physical exhaustion. Its a process. Sometimes its hard and long but just know you have “fans/friends” who are in your corner and support you and are rooting for you. We appreciate you being open.

I can completely relate to you. I have had anxiety for a while and with anxiety comes at least a little bit of depression and it’s been really hard. Especially since I’m someone who gets over that stuff by being social and talking to people and it’s been really hard this year since I don’t have those distractions. And I know it’s probably not the best way to deal but it keeps me in a good mood the majority of the time and helps me to think of reasons to be positive for others and myself. But now it’s been really hard just to try to find ways to keep being positive since the only distraction I have is my phone and that especially causes me to be self contious. Yeah what you were saying definitely made sense! I’m kind of in a similar stage tbh. I just moved to a different state like a month ago, so my whole life has been like, to put it dramatically, turned upside down lol. So yeah, I’ve really been trying to find my purpose, etc lol. It’s hard/weird tho. 😬😆 so I’ve just had to keep reminding myself that God is still on the throne! And everything I (and you) are going through He has a reason for. ☺️ So yeah I guess the best thing to do is to KEEP trusting and seeking God ‘cause He is (or should be...oof. 😬😂) the most important part/relationship in my life. And I know once you’re in a good place with Him, everything else falls into place, or even if it doesn’t, you can just rest in knowing His plan is better, and has your life planned out. ☺️ lol wow. Idk, this is a weird comment lol, but I think it was just a pep talk for myself lol, but if this was helpful for anyone else, that’s great, praise God 👌🙌😂☺️ anywho, I hope you’re in a better place now Lauren! I’ll be praying for you 🙏🙏
