Try to focus less on labeling what you are feeling and instead just let it all be. Once you are content with everything, you can allow anything to shake you, you can even be changed by it all but you will remain who you are. Don’t lose yourself in life. Get lost with life.

It’s SO important for people to speak out about invisible chronic illness, there are a wild amount of people who think you can tell someone’s health status just by looking at them. Completely untrue! This is like a timeline for every woman who goes through a breakup and is trying to figure out whats best for herself after having to restart her entire life. Like, I feel like people go through this and never really think about how long it actually takes to heal and find stability again. Even if you're in a new and happy relationship, people only realize in hindsight how one thing can impact so many other things, in your case, house, moving, traveling, family, friends, sexuality, work... you literally can take years to put your life into a place you want it because you're still figuring out what that means. Added health concerns and mental health on top of it. And its very relatable and helpful.

As a person with POTS I love you for talking about how being diagnosed with a chronic illness can absolutely fuck your mental health. Through the past year everything changed for me, I had to leave school, I went from being a competitive dancer to sometimes needing a mobility aid, and I was so scared of everything ALL THE TIME. Now with a diagnosis, new meds, a competent cardiologist and my service dog I’m doing a lot better and even going back to school away from home but it absolutely broke my life apart

omg I have the same auto immune disease. I got diagnosed 6 years ago but luckily i have no tumor and minimal non life threatening symptoms to the point where I don't have to take medicine anymore! I've never heard anyone else have hyperprolactenemia since its pretty rare so this is nice knowing i'm not alone. I really hope you get better niki!💗

Niki, I swear we are literally the same person it feels like sometimes with how much of the same things we both go through. I currently have 2 brain tumors due to my prolactin levels being super high, I am on a med called cabergoline twice weekly and have been on it for awhile now and my levels are now stable and I finally get my cycle monthly. I thought it was my PCOS causing me issues but it was really this issue. I’m praying so hard for you with all of this 🙏🏼❤️❤️ I struggle with mental health issues also extremely bad so I completely get it, without my Ativan I truly don’t see how I’d make it through sometimes. I love you so incredibly much, you are one of my favorite people and one of my comfort people. You & your music help me every single day. I’ll forever support you through EVERYTHING no matter what. I'm a introvert and empath which means I feel everything and it can be draining so I have given myself permission to cope how I need to whether it be in a crowded store to find an aisle where no-one is for a moment to breath and regroup or come home and take a warm bath..ect by knowing what you can handle and finding out what you are not comfortable with there is self acceptance in that knowledge.
