This is a really thoughtful and helpful video with a nice modicum of forethought for potential issues. The quick release form is a great idea. A lot of music-using creators have been hit with these claims lately for music they had permission to use with a credit in the description, and the standard appeals process did not work - meaning they had to replace the songs.
