Glad he survived, so many people didn’t. It’s an incredible - a disgusting - fact that it took so long for IDF or any forces to respond to this horrendous attack. Why? Why did it take so long? What happened to the vaunted Israeli intelligence and military? What happened to the “always ready” country of Israel? How was this attack planning and training missed? Why weren’t the communities along the border prepared to defend themselves? Did the gov’t/military know something would happen and did nothing? Why has nobody of significance resigned or been fired? As an American, I know that my country is just as culpable for being soft, unprepared, and focused on the wrong things. We’re too concerned with pronouns to address our border issues or preparing for our security. Shame on people in charge, shame on all of them.

The world is full of lies and we cannot trust our governments, military, media, watch-dog groups, companies, or even our clergy. Everyone has an agenda. In the USA the public has lost tremendous confidence and faith in our institutions. Our media ranks with ambulance chasing lawyers and used cars salesmen in terms of respect. I wouldn't let a priest watch my dog let alone my child. And every single day this administration (Dem and GOP alike, they are the uni-party after all) lie with such conviction that I actually think they believe their lies. As an American, I don’t understand why our country seems to think that there is always somebody to put the blame on, or why they think we should have immediate answers. I think it’s partially the medias fault for speculating and vilifying someone or something every time something happens.They want immediate justice, and they are all astonished when bad things happen. You see Israel is fighting for justice right now. Hamas is the one responsible for this massacre, not Israel. Even in this age of high technology you can’t always catch everything. My daughter worked as a Pashtu linguist during the Afghanistan war. There is so much info over the airways, or satellites these days. It’s hard to catch it all. Your intelligence is only as good as your sources. Bad things are still going to happen to good people and only God knows why. Right now they are fighting for Justice and I’m sure when things settle down they will find out how their intelligence system failed and try to improve it in the future. Also, look what happen to us on 9/11, we were caught off guard. Those terrorists were in our country for quite a while, even learned to fly here. Why do we allow people in our country who are terrorists, or potential terrorists? It’s beyond my understanding! People are more concerned with hurting someone’s feelings than being vigilant and vetting everyone. Why is this administration letting so many illegals in from known troubled countries? Are they selling us out?Why aren’t the Israelis kibbutzim armed, since they are so close to the border? I thought Israel was a heavily armed country, too. I guess they got a little too comfortable. I’m sure they’ll tell us sooner or later. Have patience. Time will tell, and sadly we may have to pay for it.

The Jewish faith is like the big brother of the Catholic faith. They came before us. Jesus was a Jew, he is also the Messiah that his people are still waiting for. He has already come and they didn’t understand or recognize him. Terribly sad. But one day they will recognize him and be converted. They will be saved by the blood of the Lamb of God, which is Jesus. I urge you, despite how wonderful the Jews are, they basically missed the boat. Many of them followed Jesus, and became Christians, but many did not. Why be Jewish when Jesus fulfilled all of the promises and Scripture of the Old Testament, in the New Testament? You can still appreciate the Old Testament, in fact we read from it and the New Testament at every Mass. I’ve fallen in love with their singing the Psalms and want to learn some of them. But I would never become a Jew because it is like going backwards in time. Jesus the Messiah has already come, and only He has the words of eternal Salvation! God bless the Jews and convert them to Christ before the end of the world. We Catholics love you!🙏🏻✝️🇮🇱❤️✝️🙏🏻

What I don't really understand is that why would such festival was organised in the middle of the desert, very close to the border without any military security around it. Pure people were waiting for the help for hours. I am from Azerbaijan, in my country this kind of event usually happens in the centre of capital. Если бы Вы знали , что границы были чисто номинальны,только для территориальных разграничений. Никаких усиленных мер по охране не было, арабы беспрепятственно имели право работать и даже жить на территории Израиля. Они ездили каждый день через эту "границу" на работу. В тот страшный день в замес даже арабы попали, которые тогда были на территории Израиля на работе,да и ещё в онкологической клинике Израиля мамочки детей арабов устроили праздник с танцами и угощениями . Цинизм зашкаливает.. Их детей спасали еврейские врачи, а они праздновали убийство еврейских детей..
