You had a great harvest. Next year cut the vines and get them out of the way. The vines do go everywhere. I keep them cut out of the way of my other rows. We plannted four rows 35 ft long and got 13 five gal buckets. Keep up the good work

Sweet potato pies,baked sweet potato with sour cream and butter and chives ,fried in bacon grease and onions! I wish I was your neighbor I would buy some! I enjoyed this video very much ! Made my first sweet potatoe pie a year ago instead of pumpkin pie and will continue to do so !

Great harvest. I suggest the next time you are harvesting have something to cut the vines away and out of your way this makes for a easier harvesting. Anyway you did a fantastic job.

I used slips...it grew in the closet at first. I then transplanted it into a jar with water and then I transported it to the garden.

I took the slips off of one of the sweet potatoes my son had brought home. I asked him the name of the sweet potato but he does not know what kind it is. But they are fun to grow!!

Get a bucket, put your potatoes in bucket instead of on the ground. That way you only have to move them one time.

I use compost and a little 10 10 10 in the soil. I believe the compost is what really makes the soil healthy.

Don't throw away the sweet potato vine leaves- they are edible- like greens. They taste like spinach when cooked. Look up the information on Google. Happy cooking👍😋
