Fry for 5-7 minutes

70g butter
Mash well with a fork
salt, dried garlic
2 eggs
15g corn starch
Knead until smooth consistency
Pour the mashed potatoes into a piping bag
Form potato nests
Lay out the filling
1 egg
100 g sour cream
Salt, pepper, turmeric
Mix well
Drizzle with the egg and sour cream mixture
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
Grate 100 g of cheese on a fine grater
Bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C
Chop spring onions

50 ml soy sauce
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Fry pancakes in a little vegetable oil
Put filling on pancakes
RECIPE #4 Potatoes with mushrooms 24:45
Grate 1 kg of potatoes into strips
Fill with water and let rest for 15 minutes
Dice 1 red onion
Fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes
Chop 4 cloves of garlic
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Cut 300 g mushrooms into cubes
Fry for 8-10 minutes
1 tablespoon flour
Mix
250 ml milk
Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened
salt pepper
Stir and cook for 1 minute more
Drain potatoes
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 tablespoons flour
Mix well
Spray parchment paper with vegetable oil
Form potato nests
Put the filling on top
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
Grate 100 g of cheese
Bake for another 5 minutes
