I have had many people around me suffer from various eating disorders and I know that the thousands of young girls watching this video will feel although they must copy what saffron is doing, this then becomes obsessional and dangerous. I’m not being funny, but you are sending the complete wrong message to young people about how they should be eating, you’re encouraging them to eat the bare minimum and avoid anything that is considered “unhealthy”, even though it is perfectly fine, young girls look at you and how you eat and think you’re really skinny and they will want to be like you and do the things that you’re doing and can become over obsessed, im talking from experience when i say how influencers look on social media and on youtube really effects the body image of young people. I’ve suffered from anorexia and eating disorders and people like you are encouraging it and its not right, i understand that if you are going to eat like this its your choice, but you dont have to vlog it and encourage it, you say you cant eat things, but you can you choose not too, you say you want to be fit and healthy, but eating a dessert is not going to make you unfit and unhealthy, you dont need to try and one up ana and people always saying look what theyre having compared to me, because frankly that doesnt matter and its quite rude. You need to consider other peoples mental health as well as your own , because what you’re doing isnt right for other people and you’re becoming a bit obsessed.

I really think you should cut how much you talk about food, eating the bare minimum, your desire to have boney collar bones etc. It's incredibly triggering for individuals going through an eating disorder/in the recovery phase of one. You clearly haven't educated yourself about the healthy way to diet or to lose weight and tone up. Until you have I think you should quit talking about your 'fitness journey' - it's harmful to your young and naive audience

I’ve saw a few comments about this and it’s just something to think about, as someone who struggles with food and has suffered with an eating disorder in the past the way you talk about foods etc can be triggering to people who struggle with food and their weight. This is not a hate comment at all, I just have an opinion, maybe it's wrong or unpopular but I'm going to say it. We all know that Saff is working out really hard, just started 'eating healthy' and the fact that she didn't eat a couple of things at the table made me kind of sad. I get it, once you have a goal you follow all the leads to achieve it but I read an article online and basicaly someone explained what happens if you eat a cookie a day. In reality, nothing bad happens. Just an extra amount of calories added to your daily eating routine. I think that it's okay to treat yourself sometimes. I just hope that Saffron is not influenced by Instagram models who seem to be absolutely perfect, she just wants to be fit. My point is that everyone should include a cheat snack or something during the day, if you respect the other rules of a good and correct lifestyle. And Saffy, take care of yourself, just remember that any type of "diet" can cause good and bad for your mental health and body. Peace. Xxx

Okay so some people are saying that “having the odd pudding doesn’t count” ect , yes it’s true however , if you watched saffrons vlogs lately you would know that she is going on a keto diet so she is following that and that’s completely her choice, and i feel like she is doing it for her and no one else :) But what i don’t like is the way she digs on other people for what they’re eating by saying “i wish no body was going to eat that” and “look what they’re having compared to me” that is wrong. What other people eat is their business and if she says things like that some people may take it to heart. If your following a diet plan you should be completely happy with what you’re doing and what choices you’re making there is no need to make a show out of it and confront other people about what they’re doing because at the end of the day you need to love&care for yourself instead of bringing other people into it. THIS IS NOT HATE i have watched saff for a couple of years now and love her videos and personality, she isn’t prefect she will mistakes however this just triggered me and i felt i should comment about it xxx and to whoever read this far thanks i guess 😂 :)

This IS NOT hate: I am struggling to watch saffron’s vlogs recently because it’s constant “ I can’t eat this” and “ I’m being healthy” which is fine because saffron can eat what she likes don’t get me wrong but it can be triggering for people who struggle with eating disorders because she could be setting the image up that it’s not okay to eat things like this.

right, im just going to say it how it is and the comment section is for people to comment what they like, within reason. and before i probs get some hate from alot of younger teens for what im about to say, its probably a good chance what a lot of people are thinking too. but...i really dont think saffron treats anna as nice as she deserves, yes we only see such a small portion of their day but the way you come across to us on camera infront of anna is very bossy, quite rude, puts her down sometimes and you talk over ALOT of people. i can tell that anna doesnt like it, shes just such a nice person that she wouldnt react to it. Ive been in annas situation before a lot of times when i was a teen and its not a nice feeling and i got rid of people like that in my life. hopefully anna will see one day. im sorry, it had to be said. I unsubscribed to you saffron because i just feel like you've changed.
