An INSTANT CLASSIC | Ren - Fred Again Mash Up - TWIN RAPPERS REACT

This song is an amalgamation of 5 different songs from one of Ren's favourite artists called Fred Again. He is an EDM DJ and when Ren went to one of his concerts while he took a break from treatment a few months ago, he suddenly just broke down in the middle of the dancefloor bc he just resonated with the lyrics so much. That was the 'I am Lost' song at the end. The songs in order are: Jungle Delilah (Pull me out of this) Leave me alone Clara (The night is dark) Angie (I've been lost). If you listen to these and then go back to Ren's version you might appreciate the musicianship that would've gone converting these EDM tracks and putting them nearly seamlessly together into one acoustic track. And just fir the heck of it bc Ren can't release this on a single or album as he doesn't have permissions. He just did it to honour a fellow musician he respects. ❤

Others may have suggested this.. but you might consider watching Fred Again Tiny Desk Concert.. it will blow you away. Ren attended one of Fred’s concerts and stated that he broke down crying when he heard I’ve Been Lost.. led him to put this Mash-up together to honor Fred’s amazing music. I love Fred Again and was so excited when Ren dropped this……he paid homage to Fred Again but made the tracks his own too. One of my favourite Ren releases of 2024. 💜🔥
