Word of advice. Please let your guests talk. Often times during the interview, I wanted to hear Ms. Stowe finish her thoughts only to get interrupted. If you have a guest on, the goal should be to let their expertise shine and let them do most of the talking.
@LovenotHate1302 жыл бұрын
Exactly same with doing a walk through don’t interrupt the client
@nowouldacouldashoulda2 жыл бұрын
I totally agree! Let your guess talk without interruption! If you're going to do an interview, ask the question then be quiet and let the guess fully answer with NO INTERRUPTION PLEASE!

@JChris4now Жыл бұрын
Agreed. I appreciate the insight of your expert and I realize you are very knowledgeable, however, make other videos where you personally address those topics instead of using the time of your expert to speak. As a measuring tool, as the interviewer/host if you are speaking for longer than 15-20 seconds at a time then you are saying/talking too much.

If you're referring to your SAM registration. Your registration is based on your business' home office address. It should be the same address used when you registered your business with the state. If you changed the address with the state or county, you must change the address in SAM.

Derek, have you ever done a wrap rate break down and how to use it to win sub work from a large company ?

Wrap rate is the multiplier, usually between 1 and 2, that accounts for all the additional expenses built into the bill rate over and above the hourly.

How on God's green earth do we get on that "internal" vendor's list?! I am a solopreneur and would like to go for the small jobs less than the SAT, or below $25k, but there seems to be some secret about how to get on these lists. What it sounds like is you have to luck up and find the right CO on the right day, and get to know them. This process seems hopeless...
@GovKidMethod2 жыл бұрын
It’s not really a thing to base your primary strategy around. You need to learn to bid and then bid often. Thats what you should be focused on. That’s how you win.
@wealth4utoday6902 жыл бұрын
The purpose to having a guest on is to get their insight and guidance and the time you have on your show can be done on its own to provide your guidance. I sincerely appreciate you offering this session however utilizing the resource you present should have been the objective rather than you taking over the conversation so much all the time.
