The word of this great Cardinal who is definitely a friend of JESUS must be respected. Recently he said the Moslem wants to takeover the whole world. As the cardinal of Vienna we should listen . May God help our generation.

How dare he uses Jesus' words as his own. Who does the cardinal think he is to call us his friends or even Jesus his friend? How preposterous. It was obviouslyJesus who said: "I have chosen you, not you have chosen me."

He doesn't. But then, we are all using Jesus' words. It's what he taught us; it's what he said for us to spread, so we should use his words. And of course Jesus is our friend. He is much more but also our friend. Although he has chosen us, God still gave us the free will to chose on our own, and if we chose Jesus.... all good then.

But that shows that he feels human; he literally tells us that he's human. Roman Catholic priests use(d) to believe they are not human. But what else would they be? And human is secular, that comes with nature. Nobody can be God. We can be near God and some of us live it (like him) in a special way. We can take it or leave it. The Roman Catholic church is what it is, they have their own rules and they have a right to have them. As we have the right to leave them if we don't like it. I think he is a lovely, kind and funny man who doesn't make the church look so gloomy as many people see it. To me, Jesus (and God) are warm and funny men (I see them male-don't know why), and Cardinal Schönborn conveys that to me. I'm sorry you see it differently, but it's your right.
