So glad a Dr. is looking outside of the box!! I have pcos,estrogen dominance and methane sibo. They wanted to do a complete hysterectomy but I followed Chris Wark and cut out sugar and processed foods. 1 year later all pre cancer is gone. Sibo etc etc has to have something to do with excess sugar consumption because as a child and still till this day I CRAVE sugar on an unbelievable scale. Maybe no everyone does Idk but processed sugar must play some role.

Thanks for having Dr Pimentel on! We are blessed to have a scientist who is willing and able to explain whats really happening in IBS. I've been watching this space closely as I'm 1 year into my IMO journey. Its pretty amazing how much has changed since I first understood my issues stemmed from SIBO.

This material has been known for many years. It's the same info in all videos. What's lacking is treatment.

Treatment lacking? Wth are you talking about? We’ve got rifaximin, neomycin, metronidazole, bismuth, mucolytics, prokinetics such as prucalopride, domperidon, low-dose erythromycin, herbal antibiotics like oregano oil, berberine, allicin, or herbal prokinetics like ginger/artichoke extract, and much more.

Yea we covered why treatment is still lagging. I want more data on that right now too but as covered, it’s not available quite yet. If I knew, I’d tell you

If you watch Microbiome Labs (Kiran) videos and presentations on KZbin, there really are treatments laid out. I take notes and then start researching products.

@@HugoFTW after watching dozens of functional Drs/GI's/ researchers and others who have healed, I decided to follow Dr Rajsree SIBO protocol. She has multiple KZbin videos. I also researched all the supplements suggested throughout all these videos/articles etc., trying to find quality ingredients (without some that we DON'T need) ..I decided to use her products as well. I bought 7 of her SIBO supplements. I am about 1 month into the treatment. It's gradual, 4 phases. I am feeling about 80% better, and that's HUGE.

I have SIBO and LPR. If you fix SIBO, can that help with LPR?
@Pdk764
@Pdk764 7 ай бұрын
I had both. LPR is terrible. I went on an omad diet (one meal a day) I cut out all processed sugar,white bread,cakes etc etc. I ate a whole good diet. Doing this allowed my body time to rest and digest. I have slow motility so my body needed this time so that the mmc was able to “clean” its self each time. Omad NOT Obad (one buffet a day) Do this for life but it will start to work in 3 weeks or less if you truly follow it. I ate organic fruit, maple syrup and honey on this diet and had no problems. My cavity also healed.
