Ria Jones originated the role of Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard at Andrew Lloyd Webber's home theatre. Since then she has performed the role many times.
Over the years she starred as Grizabella in Cats, Fantine in Les Miserables, Rose in Gypsy, narrator in Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Into The Woods, A Little Night Music, Nine, Victor Victoria and many more. She was also the youngest actress ever to play Evita.
