Do you need a property /model release from the client in order to own the copyright to the images?

The contract between client and photogeapher should specify all that.

When the video started, I thought jeez Mac Pro is a bit overkill but if you’re working on PhaseOne files then it’s warranted :P Awesome interview and great questions!

Oh man RE making $500. This is a two year old video and the average shoot for a Real estate photographer is $150-200. Its so sad. Hence I've been studying A&D.
