Also there is an interview with Jong and Tae where jong said his lyrics are written while thinking of Tae and Tae nodded his head. When they were together the songs were happy and romantic. Then the break up. No one can write such heartbreaking lyrics without having endured a rejection from someone that he had given his heart, musical help, soul, his everything to. If you have never suffered from depression, you have no idea how painful it is. I would prefer broken arms and legs. Suicide is always with u. You sit on the edge of an abyss. Plus jonghyun had to endure society's rejection of him as a gay man... he always said "People being different is NOT wrong." He was forced to live a lie and his shawols didn't seem to help him in the least. I understand that denial can be a very strong mechanism... but to deny that jonghyun is gay is a pain he lived with while on Earth. He WAS very much for the gay community and took quiet a beating for that. I wouldn't be surprised if SM arranged a "girlfriend" for him as a "beard" so to make the gay gossip go away. Jong simply wanted wanted acceptance and freedom to live his life... No wonder he talked about living in the public eye in his suicide letter. People can read/watch what i did.... and see that what I'm saying is probably 99.9% the Truth and of course, the truth can hurt at times. Now jonghyun is with the angels, he is free to finally be himself. Oh, and what Tae said that he'd see jong married in 10 years, must have been like a stab in the heart. Tae is gay and plays this little 'im an innocent boy' act. They had an intense affair that ended with jongs heart stomped on by Tae, who will someday get the karma he deserves. And jongs doctor should have his licence pulled. I'm done im sure lots of you will be upset by my words, but they come fr my heart. Jongs suffering because of a close minded person was/is a tragedy. I'm so disappointed that they never used jonghyun clips from hello baby. He was a drama queen a total mess in that show. Yeah, about Jjong and boys. He loves boys. He especially seems to like them tall, towering over him. When he was dj-ing on Blue Night, his radio show, he would go on and on about the men he admires and how sexy he finds them. I definitely think he's bi, as a Certified Bisexual cardholder (lmao) that's the vibe I get. Jonghyun openly supports the LGBT community. He's not shy about skinship either...but then again no one in SHINee is. Jonghyun X-Inspiration Concert Moon and Red Jacket...someone call my ob/gyn I just got knocked all the way up! Jonghyun and Taemin performing Internet Wars is still one of my favorite things! He did a guerilla concert on the streets of Seoul that is worth watching! Sorry to say that Jonghyun is not gay. He got into trouble at one of this concerts when a question was asked and he told the audience he does not swing that way......meaning he is not gay. He accidently offended the gay community and had to apologize. This happened at the 1st X-Inspiration concert.

bluworld13 tbh South Korea’s acceptance of lgbt community is zero he probably said whatever he said because if he is either bi or gay he wouldn’t be accepted by the majority and get a shit ton of hate. Nah, that never happened. That was proven to be a fake rumor spread around by antis - there's even audio proof that K-Shawols found to clear his name. Pretty much every male idol that people speculate to not be straight have had to counteract direct questions in relation to their sexuality in their past in public interviews, during public appearances, etc. because their career would be on the line if they decided to come out with how the climate is in South Korea currently. That plus everything Lauryn Louise said below.
