Peter McNab, one of the trainers on the Leading Through Health and Wellbeing course, introduces us to Karl Rohnke’s Comfort/Stretch/Panic Model. This model is useful in several ways: to help individuals to identify their own levels of stress, to help line managers to work with members of their teams to reduce their levels of stress and also to improve their levels of productivity, and to help teams to identify more effective ways of working.
