Jason Mallinson was one of the British cave divers flown in to save the Wild Boars football team and their coach, who were trapped in Thailand’s Tham Luang Nang Non Caves in 2018. Here, Jason talks about how he got into cave diving, feeling claustrophobic and his world record for the deepest cave dive in Pozo Azul.

Wow! I'm so glad that there is an interview with the hero Jason Mallinson! 😍 I'm a big fan of you🥰, the whole world is impressed by the work you have done in the Thai cave rescue mission! dry caving ?is that potholeing ??

Caves with no water in them, so one can walk or crawl, no diving needed.

Potholing is usually pretty wet but can be dry sometimes.
