Hi i have two questions about quantum algorithm. First is if i will study quantum algorithm , i must learn "quantum mechanics" to mandatory? My second issue is that "How can classical computer use quantum algorithm?". Actually you said that at 03:50 in this video. But you just said that name "QC" , didn't explain that so much , Can you explain that next time?

Probabilistic encoding? Sure, why not... oh, wait, I did that in genetic algorithms like 30 years ago. It worked very well, actually, but it didn't solve the hard problems, either. Nothing gets around the no free lunch theorems. Maybe somebody needs to read up on those...
