Small correction: At 9:29 I state that to pick up your weapon, you stand over it and press a crouching normal. In actuality, you have to press crouching light slash over it, any other crouching normal will simply attack as usual.

I grabbed this on Thursday with the Steam SNK sale, and it's been great. I'd immediately culled the herd of potential mains down to Ruxiang, Rimururu (the ice mage if I botched her name off memory), the possessed samurai boy with the umbrella whose name also eludes me (Shizo something I think) and Cham Cham, and it didn't take long to settle on Cham Cham. This is the first particularly helpful content on SamSho I've come across on KZbin, particularly throws and wakeups, because I was curious what I should be doing after a knockdown, since it doesn't seem you can hit flattened opponents.

Which characters are the best for beginners in FG in general? I really enjoy Jubei's design and personality, but I'm afraid I can't use his command blocks ever

@@Tungdil_01 Jubei’s parries aren’t even particularly strong so you won’t need to worry about underusing them! Most characters are very simple and fundamental so pick whoever you like and you should get it in no time!

Bought the deluxe version of this game and when I started it I had to buy say 15 characters for 7 euro each, Rip off, couldn't get a refund from ps store so I just deleted it. I love this game since I was a teen but when I seen a cheap deluxe edition I said lovely then realised I was done by the store again, that store is a rip. I'm done with digital games for now because there far and few between. Don't do what I did I must have bought the deluxe edition for idiots... Stay well people.

They shoulda pulled what granblue is pulling. Add more characters, mechanics, game modes, and roll back and re-release the game. Maybe give ppl that bought the original game the update for free (idk if that's what GBVS is doing but would be nice). Either way, the rerelease will get more players than just updating.
