Noah just like the other guy who commented about the timing, Ive also happened to recently begin to realize the importance of tapping into the safety of the present moment. Ive spent maybe almost two years "trying", "doing" when it comes to healing and now I'm starting to take this different and slowed approach. This video was really beautiful and helpful to watch for me. Thank you

You're so welcome! Good luck with the slowing :)

It was fascinating having you encourage looking at pressure and fear in such a loving way. Seeing their function, their harm and asking them to hold hands through it all. I will remember and use that tool for all eternity! Much love and thanks. Bless your soul Noah. That was much needed 💖🙏

Thanks for sharing Noah. My biggest block to relaxation is when I do relax my effortlesly loving and cheerful nature comes up and I don't feel I have the tools to set boundaries with the people around me who want to take advantage of me, or are harsh and unloving....and I fear getting walked all over like I did so many times. It's like I was born with no defenses or when I did set any boundary my family and people in general abandoned me. Fully, because "I'm too much"This also made me create an adversarial relationship to the concept of spiritual surrender because every time I really did, that natural lovingness didn't protect me from the bad things in the world and made me a martyr or be projected on A LOT...and I don't know how to handel it.

I hear you Jean. I've been there. You may find it helpful to release suppressed anger. My video "How To Stop Feeling Weak and Fragile" may help. You may also want to look into Nonviolent Communication. I find it helpful for this sort of thing.

I realised i can get things done without the presseure & the need to fix things by inviting calmmess & and acknowledging my special to do friend in at the same time. In this way i can do things without the feel of it being a heavy load. I realised i picked up this habit while i was a child. I was never a straight A student growing up. Thsy madee feel inadequate. I desperately wanted to be perfect and figured i would adapt the habit of doing. Being a Capricorn made it even more easier to fully emerge into this. As an adult... This habit has made me feel soouch pressure , constantly fearful of things not going my way. Allways feeling the need to fix people etc It has overserved its purpose for sure .. I heareby lose it today. I am free from the contant need from societal pressure to be the best Mum, to be the best wife , to be the most hardworking woman etc I choose freedom & hereby accept myself just as i am. Calmness ,resilience & the satisfaction of accomplising my goals is all me & i love it. 😊 Thank you Noah. What an impact you have made in my journey...!!!

Hi Noah, it's nice to hear from you. I was wandering if you would consider making another e-book (or small book) about getting relief from everyday stresses? It would be so great to have a follow up to your first book ✌🏽✌🏽Regards

De Mello - "I know friends of mine, in the past, two of them, at different intervals who were dying, and who said to me, 'I began to truly taste life and see how sweet it was, when I let go, and realized that life, is ending. It was then, that it began to taste sweet.' So paradoxically, we're doing all the wrong things to be happy. We're scouring the earth, running everywhere in search of it. We had it right here, at home, and did not understand it. And we listened to all kinds of sermons, and studied all kinds of books, and went to all kinds of churches, but we never heard it. We never recognised the messiah. It was right there - it was right there staring at us, right under our nose."
