The description of this property on several websites is confusing and contradictory. Stated is 2.2 acres. That comes to 95,832 square feet. According to Google maps, which shows the property line, that property is indeed about 95,000 square feet. But the gulf frontage is closer to 310 feet not 700. There appears to be an empty lot next door. Are you including that in the sale? Also, on Zillow and other R.E. websites it mentions a dock yet the sat photos do not show a dock nor does this video. If there is a dock where is it and can one access the gulf from it?

This is the Mandalay. No longer for sale. There are 3 bedrooms, not 5 as advertised. The empty lot is part of the estate yet illegal to build on due to the alligator bog there that indeed this property has a small dock on to kayak... The tiny dock is hidden in the S.E. direction from the pool.
