This was beautiful to watch… a lot of folks these days don’t like or watch longer cooking videos. Maybe becuz they’re too busy or maybe they lack attention span. I’m semi-retired so I do have more time. The reason I love longer cooking videos with no words like this one is it reminds me of being in the kitchen with my mother when I was a child. Such heart warming and comforting memories. Thank you for not giving in to the current trend of short videos. ❤

thank you for sharing so many good dishes. Im in Ireland and always go for what I can get locally, pure and simple ingredients and wealth for the soul. Been feeling under the weather recently and have gone for my mothers and my grandmothers recipe of chicken broth. Pure local ingredients, chicken carcass, lentils, barley, carrots, parsnips and onions. Now feeling a bit better and your recipes make me want to try your grandmas recipes. Thank you!
