10:10 start. dive in various levers that mstr uses. step 1, using ATM 15:02 step 2, use convertible debt. which is a bond with an option to convert into shares at the conversion price. 18:00 Market Cycles. as market goes bulls and bears, you start to get expansion and contractions of the NAV multipile, meaning you will use different vehicles and levers during different times 20:46 why is the demand so high for the convertible debt. 27:50 how the convertible debt and road map for what their current debt look like 32:50 Nasdaq 100 inclusion meaning more passive money flows. 40:24 if another company want to copy. sitting on meaningful cash balances then you are loosing value if you do not buy btc.

What a kick-ass video. Thx Tim/Ben. Many MSTR nuggets in here. Many stock ideas are over my head, but I'm getting there, with more exposure. I will watch it a few times for sure. Might I suggest another interview with Ben, but for a more remedial audience in mid - all abut MSTR. IE things I would love to hear more about: traditional debt, convertible debt, equity and ATM mechanisms, 30% Convertible Bonds, what is VOL etc. I think most of us watching this are MSTR owners and would love to know a little more.

I’ve watched many Michael Saylor interviews since he first adopted BTC. He admits he was essentially desperate because cash in the balance sheet was depreciating, etc. He was backed into a financial corner. Then, in a very recent interview, he admitted that MSTR actually stumbled into the whole BTC yield opportunity and now he’s recognized the business opportunity.

It's a merchant bank they want to start. Basically a bank that loans assets to other companies to use as collateral for business operations. Microstrategy doesn't want to be a consumer bank.

I really find it strange how everyone is super hyped about MSTR and BTC in general. I get it: BTC has shown an awesome performance and we can see a lot of money floating in. However, I personally think that 99% is from people who just want high yields fast. They don't care about digital gold whatsoever. I see that BTC might become that, however, recently it's more like a leveraged SP500.
