HI Clive Blast from the past indeed! Strange to see my old man Alan Solomon at the start of this video.. brought a smile to my face! You might remember his skinny little blond lad who was always along for the match days - mostly running the bank but sometimes fishing for Glamorgan B. - well that's me! I remember all the old names from the Nomads.. you, Richie Candy Clive Roberts, Rickie Bainton, Colin Cook (was it.. ginger beard?) - you guys were always the team to beat!! I remember a match at Symonds Yat once.. I hooked 15 chub, lost 11 of them in underwater roots at the end my swim.. A few guys were gathered sat behind me watching having bad days of their own including Richie Bainton.. he came down to me to have a go on the rod to see if he could get one out! Haha. Don't know if you ever read the comments but been a lot of fun discovering your channel. I live out in the Canary Islands now so haven;t fished for many many years but I see you never stopped. Good on you Clive... great memories.
