芯と芯外筒が固着し、くっついてしまっていて芯外筒が取り外せないのですがその場合はどうすればいいですか😂

動画ではバイクのキャブクリーナーで固着してる芯についた腐った灯油溶かそうとしましたが効果少なかったので私は芯を新品にする予定で芯ちぎって外しました。
