An Open Gym Vlog.

An open gym vlog. Big cities have open gyms,but now small cities and towns also have it. One year before kargil wasn't having an open gym, but when i visited kargil after one year, i saw an open gym. And then i thought to show you all by making a vlog.
In an open gym one carries their own bodyweight with pull & push to perform various exercises.
The purpose of open gym is to make us healthy fit and fine.
Exercise, workout daily to get a healthy lifestyle, which will make your life smooth and rejuvenating and will give you strength to perform day to day activities.
As you all know better then me, just a reminder.
So i performed 5 exercises after some
warmups, stretches and mobility exercises:
1.Shoulder press, 4 sets of 14,12,10 and 10reps.
2.Back exercise, 4 sets of 14,12,10 & 10 reps.
3.Chest exercise,4 sets of 14,12,10 & 10 reps.
4.Latt pulldown, 4 sets of 14,12,10 & 10 reps.
5.Back & bi tri, 4 sets of 14,12,10 & 10 reps

We should must alwys be thankfull and gratefull to Allah swt for everything ,Allah has been giving.
