You have to get a copy of windows installation media onto a bootable thumb drive and tell your bios to boot to it. Then follow the steps starting around 5:40 in the video.

You don't need to change anything from advanced recovery menu. Just Open BIOS settings and change order of the SSD(which is the drive with windows parititon) into the top of the boot list, and safe changes. Also if you changed the HDD into active, deactivate it from the Recovery menu and Change boot partition into active instead.

Hello. I have a problem. It was corupted BCD files, i installed windows 10 boot to my pendrive, and after that i rebuilted BCD Files and clicked continue and there is the same error. That means you have either dual boot due to installing second windows from the USB drive, or you have added the old windows from Windows.old folder into BCD file. So, try to select one of the shown windows at a time to see if your computer can boot or not.

Setup Utility is may be the other name for BIOS Settings. Also see if there is an option to open BIOS or EFI or UEFI settings from Setup utility Another suggestion is to try all function keys (f1 to f12) one by one, or try to press Del or Delete key, or {Escape (Esc)} key instead of F2.

@@ValiumMediaTech but main problem is that my laptop is not starting so how I will make a bootable pendrive. Whenever I start my laptop it takes me too "an operating system not found....."
