Ever since I played Dark Souls, I've wanted to toss my opinions in the great all-consuming void that is Dark Souls Video Essays - and here we finally are, analyzing the bosses of Dark Souls II!
This is the second part of a series going through all of FROM Software's bosses, analyzing what each of them attempt to do, how they attempt to do it, and how well they succeed (or how it is they fail).
I'm not a huge Dark Souls II fan, so I tried to analyze the bosses from their design within the game's framework as much as possible, but this is definitely going to have some of the most personal bias in this series. On the plus side, you're watching the video of a man who will never fight Lud & Zallen again.
