Yes it was, but the new ability is pretty much the same thing but aoe and now you have to aim it

I've never liked the bias against plate classes being so anti damage for solo players.

Head and feet slots are not as insignificant really, while not nearly as big as chest piece, for example cloth foot and head pieces give close to 7% dmg boost which is about half a flat beef stew. I don't think it should just be not considered even though the abilities themselves are more important for head and feet.

use shadow caller for warlock if you have the money Shadow caller is good at all types of pve content like soloing group content and open world ff also works as a dps if your in a group also good for ZvZs Blazing staff is also an option for fire staffs.

I can see nobody is using plate armor this bad, for some reason its bad maybe buff will help cuz in any game armor or weapon not been used is just stupid each armor and weapon should be use full not useless

It has a specific role and useful for tank bros. And I bet you most players do solo stuff which make plate armor looks “never used” when in reality people just doing solo open world roam that doesn’t benefit plate armor
