Feel so sorry about what has happened to this young boy (20) in the finals of 2019 Tchai competition. Admire and really proud of his courage and strength to catch up with the orchestra when he found he prepared the "wrong" concerto because of the announcer's ignorance. 💌

As a Piano Major myself, I can vicariously comment that such a situation for him in the final was terrifying and nerve-racking. The iron will to carry on after such a shock of program switch in front of a highly distinguished panel of world renowned pianists, a concert hall full of cultured audience members, and the filming from the innumerable cameras in the hall- much commendations!

Bravo, bravissimo 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 That smile at the outset as he holds his hand cloth I think is sign of his remembrance of the moment he placed the cloth on the piano and readied himself to play the Tchaikovsky piece only to be shocked by the orchestra starting with the Rachmaninov. He was magnificent in his performance, courageous to perform in that trying moment. He showed his professional fortitude that will serve him well in the years ahead. And I love the choice of the Yangtze piano, its timbre joined with his touch made for a splendid sound. Onward An Tianxu! 👏👏👏👏

From my experience in playing the piano or even performing, it is first difficult to remember the whole entire piece but he already did it so that is a first 赞 for him. Then secondly it is indeed very nerve racking to play infront of an audience ur not familiar with and moreover, they may be high class judges. 吃茶猫 这个比赛极其艰难，中国选手17年第一次决赛拿到奖项，还遭遇因主办方疏忽导致失误影响最终成绩。这么不容易进的决赛遇上这样的事还要被“自嘲”，我觉得是不妥。你可能不是音乐专业，不知道这对钢琴家心理有多大影响。而过后还要被自己国家的媒体和民众这样调侃，我觉得不妥。民众可以无知，可是媒体应该做足功课，应该强调的难道不是这个疏忽导致他的失误和他几乎不可思议的应对力吗？而应对力不是他扎实精湛的琴艺吗？ 把焦点放在搞笑上，小媒体或个人发一发没什么，人民日报和环球也这么轻慢，我觉得不妥。当然这是我的观点，不妨各有看法。而我私人是颇为难过的。倒不是看重比赛成绩什么的，只是弹琴进柴赛决赛真的太难了，那背后是难以想象的付出和汗水。

A lot of people are talking about the disaster at the Tchaikovsky Competition last year. He was supposed to play one concerto, but the scheduler or some assistant at the competition gave the wrong concerto to the orchestra and conductor, so they started playing the wrong concerto. An Tianxu was shocked, but he played the concerto anyway, even though he wasn't ready. The person who screwed up was fired, and Tianxu was given the opportunity to play the concerto for a re-do. But he declined. He still did quite well though, and placed 4th.

Siyue Wang 很多人不知道满头大汗的原因不仅仅是这首曲子是公认的难，还因为这次柴赛没有开空调。。很多外国人包括俄国人在其他选手的视频下面说了这个问题，安还算好的，西方选手出汗量更大，一轮弹完衣服大半都是湿的。

每个人对演奏风格的偏好见仁见智，各有看法很正常. 比如我自己就喜欢台风朴实稳健的钢琴家，所以一点不觉得他弹得“很累““很紧张“，这种没有“表演”欲的老实严肃很对我的路子. 相反比较怕“眉飞色舞”故作轻松的演奏.
