Ultraman Kids is fun and wholesome. And it's only 26 episodes. Give it a chance, it's better than you think.

@TokuAndAnimationNewsNetwork It's an adventure show where the characters visit different planets in order to find the main character's missing parents. Each episode introduces new environments and characters, and it's really fun and charming. If you like early Dragon Ball, it has a similar feel, but with Ultraman characters. I personally liked it more than The Ultraman. And the subtitles are actually good on Kids.

I seriously need to get this, along with Ultraman Z. Not to mention that we might be getting a Trigger Blu-Ray sometime in March. I was actually able to get the Ultraman Kids 3000 DVD along with the Ultraman Zero: The Chronicle, Taiga and Blazar Blu-Ray's for Christmas. Plus Discotek's V3 Blu-Ray.

I wouldn't count on that March date. It sounds like Z might not be coming out until April, therefore, I wouldn't expect Trigger until May at the earliest.

Mine also showed up with loose discs. To the point where they almost feel like the clip is almost too big for the disc hole. I’ve had that issue with the last couple of releases. To me the dubs aren’t terrible. It helps that the entire cast is masked so you don’t have to worry about the stereotypical misaligned lip flaps. Reminds me of watching old Showa Godzilla movies on cable television with my dad. By watching I mean my dad falling asleep in his chair while I watched.

Elite has really downgraded the quality of their disc trays because this has been a constant problem with releases using those type of cases for the last few years.

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath that Z will release on Jan 28th like Amazon says, especially since Mill Creek themselves haven't made the official announcement, a February or March release would be fine. Amazon also has Trigger listed as March 18th, but again, no official word from Mill Creek. Regardless, it's great that they're finishing up what's left of the most recent shows. I'd imagine Decker and maybe even Arc will release before the end of the year.

I wouldn't count on Arc being apart of Mill Creek's deal if we go by the previous negotiation, which occurred while Taiga was airing. They only had the license up to R/B. Although, who knows, maybe Tsuburaya wants to be quicker with the new shows.

@@TokuAndAnimationNewsNetwork Very true, the only reason I mention Arc is because of how quick we got Blazar. Blazar finished in January 2024 and Tsuburaya allowed Mill Creek to release a set in American by November 2024, I was not expecting that, it was pleasant surprise. But like you said, I don't know what the exact negotiations are, I'll just keep my ear to the ground and fingers crossed.

I haven’t finished arc yet but from what I can gather it’s basically like Kamen Rider Ghost right? The main character was killed and revived but with a cost. The only difference being that he can’t be revived?

Yep it's a classic toku show that I actually watched like probably in 2 grade and this day it's one of my personal favorite toku shows of all time, I recommend you watching you will don't be disappointed kaiju
