I think it’s time to start putting cameras in a lot of parking areas and on the second offense you lose your CDL for a year and and do trash pickup for a while 😡hell even put out there they will do DNA test here and there this has become a stain on the profession 😎Rickster retired and never threw trash from my truck anywhere second generation trucker I was taught better to respect our country and roads
