Exactly! That's what JM isn't understanding. The mom was definitely neglectful to the son. Maybe his mother was a lousy parent.

JM tripping on this one, he didn’t even get into the case details before he dismissed the case. JM gave the defendant $3,000 without her proving her case, and her witness spoke for her the entire 6 minutes.

I believe him. Why would mom have to rent from her son AND get evicted. He was too nervous to present his case.

I believe him too, I wish JM would give people a chance when they miss-speak some just be nervous, sometimes mothers that have to resort to staying with children or children’s property are not stable

I believe the plaintiff, the mother did better with her daughter than she did with the son. People don't simply wake up in the morning to become alcoholic's, the mother did a poor job with the son, the Entire family is a mess. JM won't even hear the plaintiff talk.

There must be a lot that goes on behind the scenes that we, the viewing audience, are not aware of. JM, IMO, should have seen that the plaintiff was experiencing some sort of impairment. Whether under the influence, or some sort of mental deficit.
