I've flown Qantas Business class and it was good. I've also flown Qantas first. My seat broke on Qantas first and my compensation was 10,000 Qantas points on a 14 hour trip.... I can't even fly one way from Melbourne to Sydney on those points despite paying thousands of dollars for those seats. Also Qantas has a history of downgrading business class users back to premium economy or economy if they need the seat. I refuse to fly with them again for these reasons for International flights.
