For example agar ek bag Mai 3red and 5black ball hai then ek red ball nikalne ki prob. Ko 3/8 likhte h, iska matlabb Kya h, Event = 3red Mai se koi se ek red ball wo ho sakta h means 3c1 which is 3. Sample space = 8 balls m se koi ek ball ho sakta h means 8c1 , which is 8. So, P = n(e)/n(s) = 3/8... But ek ball k case m Xth class m aapne combination nahi padha tha, to direct 3/8 likh dete h..which is correct because nC1 = n hota h, But, abb yadi same question Mai randomly 2 red ball nikale ki prob. Poocha Jaye then isme combination use krna parega.. Means P = 3C2/8C2 = 3/28. Event = 3C2 means any 2 red out of 3red can be drawn Sample space = 8C2 means any 2 balls out of 8(3red+5black) balls can be drawn... To jabb b ek se jyada choose krne ho, combination use karna parega...clear
