There are certainly some things that need improvement, but for me weakest link of her game is the serve. Her serve is not dependable, mostly because her ball toss is not consistent. She ends up trying to chase the ball to compensate for an erratic toss often producing a weak serve or a double fault. What is terrible is that this should be an easy problem to correct but it has been like that for years now (her technical team should have worked on that long ago).

​@@teoc8124I was watching and thought exactly the same. She has great hands at the net, a good drop shot, changes direction well but her serve is well below where it needs to be. I actually think it could do with a complete rebuild.

It seems to me that Leylah doesn't rely as much on a good technique as others and instead uses her feel. Which makes her games very fun to watch but also makes for inconistent play. She's one of my favourite players but she often gets destroyed like this.

Leylah needs to learn that taking the ball early on clay is not as effective. Her opponent is standing behind the baseline and has more time to get to balls. She needs better coaching cause she has massive potential to do better

She’s 21 and currently ranked 34 in the world .So far she’s earned over 5 million dollars .Shes 21 ,how much had you earned at 21 ?? Thats how she keeps competing 5.2 mill at 21 is pretty amazing by anyones standards except of course yours !Her opponent is 10 years older and has earned 2 million less !
