I don’t normally leave comments but I feel the need to. I was over 330 pounds at my heaviest at 6’6” tall. I made the decision to join The Army and I cut the weight through a lot of hard work. Finding your recipes and Coach Greg’s recipes has helped me tremendously in reaching 240 lbs and making weight for the Military and I’d like to thank you for not only putting out awesome content so consistently, but for indirectly helping me change my life.

What you put in you’re body comes out... yes you could lose weight but you won’t look the part, and you’re body won’t be able to use all the nutrients that it would if you ate Whole Foods like asparagus, chicken, fish, potato, etc. you will perform and feel way better for not only you’re workouts but you’re day. You won’t get that on sugar free chocolate syrup and protein powder.... especially while cutting.

Good kitchen gadget to have for the onions, and it has a ton of other uses, is a mandoline slicer. It will make quick work of all the veggies and, as a bonus, they usually come with a spiralizer to make veggie noodles.

Spencer Berry “The most common toppings are griddled onions, peppers, and mushrooms, either folded into the steak as a mix, or served atop. Condiments like mayo and ketchup are also regulars, but rarely mustard. A pizza steak is created when topped with marinara and mozzarella. Cheesesteak hoagies add lettuce and tomatoes, and are traditionally served cold.”

Jon Almonte that’s a good idea also if you make it a few times you can probably save money doing this depending on the prices of London broil vs the roast beef
